Orders
#1- Copy & paste the order form and send to topsprees@hotmail.com
#2- Please check your orders thoroughly before sending it to us.

Payments
#1- NO PAYMENT = NO ORDERS.
#2- Payments are to be made within 3days after confirmation, inform us if unable.
#3- Handling fee included in exchange rate.
(item price x 0.06) + shipping fee ($3 per item) = total amt payable.
#4- Payment are to be made via bank transfer to DBS savings 019-4-073485 Inform us of the ref no. after transfer.

Collection of items
#1- Mass meetup will be conducted according to our schedule at yishun/woodlands mrt station.
#2- Individual meetup will be charge ranging $0.50 to $4 depending on venues.
#3- You can also choose to receive ur items via postage. For fees of postage, see below.
#4- Items are to be fully paid before you can collect.

Postages
Accessories: $0.80 per item
Apparels: 1.50 per item (Subsequent items $0.50)
Denim materials/heavy weight- materials: $2 per item (Subsequent items $0.80)
Bags: $2.50 (subsequent items $1)
** Simply Add $2.25 to registered post. Registered post are recommended as we will not be liable for lost mails.

About the items
#1- Product in real life and pictures may not be 100% similar.
#2- We will not be held responsible for any lost, defects, damage or wrongly sent items from the Merchant's side.
#3- Items will be checked by the merchant before sending out.
#4- Items sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

It will be considered as agreed, that the following T&C have been read, understood and accepted by every party that confirms a payment / order.
